Enter Houston Huddle. With host city for inspiration, the love of football and StubHub’s ability to show fans that you get more than a ticket out, this experience went beyond a turn-key transactional moment to a larger consumer activation.

More than 7,000 people purchased Super Bowl ticket via StubHub and attended Houston Huddle. The immersive consumer experience inspired fans to spend an extended amount of time with StubHub on game day.

In all, over 200 different creative assets were designed to visually bring Houston Huddle to life. The brand aligned event led to an average time of 2+ hours spent at the activation.


Houston Huddle created unparalleled memories through engaging fan activations. By embracing the experience and environment, the event provided several activity zones, for the active and passive fan to enjoy. From BBQ and Brews to DJs, additional activities were:

  • Game Face – sport inspired face painting
  • Locker Room – rotating cast of NFL stars for fans to meet, get autographs and have their picture taken
  • Loud Mouth – sound booth to show your friends how loud you can yell for your team
  • Gridiron Rodeo – homage to Texas’ oldest sport, rodeo with a side-by-side bucking competition
  • Pigskin Pass – quick game of catch between fans and players
  • First & Goal – a fun activity to aim and shoot with t-shirt cannons
