Firefly Music Festival


Firefly Music Festival provides a carefree environment for fans to see their favorite artists and discover new ones. StubHub has participated in this music festival for the past three years as the presenting sponsor for the Coffee House stage.

What I did

As the project lead, I focused on building the StubHub Live brand equity while evolving the environment and creating Instagram-worthy brand activations. This music festival is one where StubHub has an integrated presence — from ticketing, promotions to on-site activations.

With a new app feature launch underway, I wanted to introduce the product options at the festival in an engaging way.

I worked with the festival organizers, our agency-of-record, field operations, public relations, social media and video teams to transform the Coffee House space, utilizing signage that fit the festival aesthetic, yet eye-catching and visually engaging.

By creating an interactive demo with our product team to celebrate friends at festivals, fans could receive a custom giveaway.


At the end of the four-day weekend, after 17 live performances, nearly 30,000 music fans visited the StubHub Live: Coffee House stage.
